Avonmouth Pharmacy Ltd t/a Willand Pharmacy
Christie + Co were instructed by the Joint Administrators of Avonmouth Village Pharmacy Ltd to market for sale the freehold interest of this community pharmacy. Following a short but well profiled marketing campaign eight offers were received, four of which were at or above the asking price.
Christie + Co sold the Scarisbrick Hotel on behalf of the joint Administrators. Due to pressures exerted by HMRC a restricted marketing process was undertaken, with a sale agreed within three weeks of the date of instruction.

Occupying enviable countryside locations across England, Scotland, Wales and France, the 27 stunning properties are offered for sale as a complete portfolio, in sub groups, or individually.
Christie + Co has been instructed by Paul Clarke and Geoffrey Boucher of MCR Joint administrators of Gladstone Leisure Limited, to market the sale of a partially complete purpose built hotel. The hotel is located opposite Huntingdon Racecourse.
Acting on behalf of Administrator Moorfields Corporate Recovery LLP, Christie + Co has sold nine of the 10 former Moorgate Taverns it placed on the market at the end of September 2010. The freehold units, located across central and southern England, with the majority based in Hertfordshire, ranged in price from £250,000 to £540,000 and were a mixture of managed and tenanted pubs. A deal has also been agreed on the remaining pub and the final transaction is expected complete within weeks.
