The unit is situated in “The Pod” — Bildurn Properties’ high profile scheme in Fletchergate. The property’s location, on the doorstep of major retail, leisure and commercial businesses, provides significant footfall and it is very well served by apartment dwellers and students given the abundance of public transport links and parking facilities.

Fit-out will commence immediately for this new-build, open-plan property, with the opening scheduled in time for January 2011.
