Our team has a long history of involvement with Post Offices. Our agents sell more Post Offices than anyone else. We were therefore uniquely placed to assist The Post Office streamlining their 'agent transfer' process (sale of a Post Office).

Following One Stop’s recent acquisition of Mills Group, Christie + Co was instructed to market 10 CTN properties for sale (with and without Post Offices).

Christie + Co was appointed by Richard Fleming, Mick McLoughlin and Ian Corfield of KPMG, Joint Administrators of First Quench Retailing (FQR) Limited, to advise on the disposal of c.1,170 former First Quench stores.

 

Nearby Stores Ltd

Christie + Co was instructed, by administrators KPMG, to sell Nearby Stores Limited. The company operated an estate of 33 leasehold convenience stores located across the South and South West England.

Scottish Midland Co-op
Christie + Co was instructed to sell 6 convenience stores in Scotland.
Wisebuys

Acting on behalf of the Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society Ltd, Christie + Co acquired three convenience stores from Wisebuys, the Essex-based retail group, for an undisclosed seven-figure sum.
