Since entering the market with the opening of its Frankfurt office in 1998, Christie + Co Germany has successfully established itself as a market leader for its hotel brokerage and advisory work not only in Germany but also across Europe.
After the success of its initial opening, and in response to its growing client portfolio and project activity, Christie + Co expanded its network in Germany by opening additional offices in Berlin (2005) and in Munich (2006). This enhanced market presence has enabled the company to offer our services on a greater national, regional and local level.
We advise both owners of medium-sized hotels and large corporate clients, on projects ranging from single asset sales to group transactions, and cross-border deals in close co-operation with our international offices in the UK, France, Spain and Finland.
