Acting on behalf of QMH, formerly Moat House Hotels, Christie + Co has recently been instructed to sell the freehold interests of four UK hotels. The four properties are the 211-bedroom Holiday Inn Plymouth, the 126-bedroom Holiday Inn Manchester Airport, the 140-bedroom Holiday Inn Luton South, which are all currently operated under franchise agreements with InterContinental Hotels Group, and the 125-bedroom Best Western Gatwick. The four refurbished hotels are offered individually or on a group basis.

Marston's new lease opportunities

Christie + Co has been instructed to sell Casa Loca - a unique family-run children’s nursery, play centre and café on the Costa del Sol. Operators sought for upscale hotel developments in Manchester
Christie + Co has been instructed to identify operators for two new hotel opportunities in a mixed-use development scheme in Salford, Manchester. BSC Group is seeking upscale hotel operators for a 140-room property and a 90-room property, which will form part of the Canopus Greengate development that lies to the north-west of Manchester’s city centre.
The project, which already has planning permission, will include two stunning towers of 46 and 31 storeys, of which the former will become the second highest building in Manchester on completion in 2011.

Boutique hotel opportunity as part of proposed Greenwich Market regeneration
Greenwich Hospital has instructed Christie + Co to secure a professional hotel operator for a boutique hotel opportunity in the heart of its exciting planned regeneration of Greenwich Market.
The proposed project will see the transformation of Greenwich Market into an upscale leisure destination, whilst retaining the essential character and historical context of the market.
The completed scheme will see the creation of a new, modern market, additional office space as well the boutique hotel.
Greenwich Hospital is seeking an operator to partner the planning application for the hotel, which will be submitted by the middle of this year, and also to operate the completed property.
