New Cross based pub and hostel marketed on behalf of Receivers

Acting on behalf of the Fixed Charge Receivers Anthony Spicer and Henry Shinners of Smith & Williamson, Christie + Co is marketing the freehold interest of the New Cross Inn pub and hostel in South East London, with offers in the region of £950,000 sought.

Situated on the New Cross Road, close to Goldsmiths College, the three-storey property comprises a 75-bed hostel and ground floor open-bar area, which includes a stage and central bar.

The business, which neighbours The Venue, one of South London’s most popular nightclubs, also includes a small retail unit at the side.
