Christie + Co markets Portsmouth Walkabout

Acting on the instructions of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, Joint Administrators of Regents Inns PLC, Christie + Co is marketing the leasehold interest of the Walkabout Bar in Portsmouth, with offers in the region of £175,000 sought.

Situated in the city centre, on one of Portsmouth’s main leisure circuits, the business comprises an open-plan trading area, which has capacity for over 730 people, an external 30-cover seating area and space on the first floor that is currently unused.

Anthony Jenkins, Associate Director at Christie + Co, said: “Close to a number of university faculty buildings and student halls of residences, the bar’s location should appeal to a numbers of High Street operators. We have already received enquiries from a number of interested parties despite the business having only just become available.”
