Christie + Co has been instructed to sell the freehold interest of the Dolphin Hotel in Southampton.

The 65-bedroom, city centre hotel, which continues to trade under management, has a long history and established reputation on the south coast of England, offering tremendous opportunity and scope for a new operator to further enhance the business.

Offers in the region of £3 million are being sought for the business.
