Christie + Co markets exclusive boutique hotel in Spain

Acting on behalf of private owners, Christie + Co has been instructed to market the Rocamador, an exclusive 32-bedroom boutique hotel, situated in the Extremadura region of Spain.

Built on the site of a 16th century monastery in western Spain, the hotel opened in 1997 and this is the first time it has been brought to market.

The property includes a restaurant, conference and events rooms, as well as a swimming pool. It is situated on a 25,000 sq m site, which allows for the future extension of the hotel.

The Rocamador is being marketed in conjunction with its smaller sister hotel, the six-bedroom La Comarcal, which is situated nearby.

The hotels are available together with a combined asking price of €12 million (£10.1 million).
