Christie + Co markets renowned Leicester Square nightclub

Christie + Co has been appointed by administrators Baker Tilly to sell the leasehold interest of Number One Leicester Square, the exclusive nightclub situated in the heart of London’s West End.

Located in the north western corner of the square, the substantial venue comprises the top three floors, 6th, 7th and 8th, of a prominent inter war building, the lower floors of which are occupied by the European headquarters of MTV and separate nightclub Sound.

The sixth floor provides an extensive club area with bar, while the seventh floor features the club’s premier restaurant Loft Kitchen & Bar. Finally the eighth floor provides a VIP lounge and bar. The property, which was formerly called the Penthouse Nightclub, is currently licensed for approximately 770 people.

The venue, which is accessible via two lifts, benefits from spectacular views over Leicester Square and the south of London, including views of the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament.
