2 De Vere Venues for sale through Christie + Co

Alternative Hotel Group has instructed leading business agent, Christie + Co, to sell two De Vere Venues properties in Surrey and Oxfordshire.

The Mill and Old Swan is a 62-bedroom hotel, located in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell, near Oxford. Standing on a substantial site alongside the River Windrush, the property comprises The Old Swan, a classic Cotswold Stone 600-year-old inn, and The Mill Conference Centre.

Situated near the Surrey town of Haslemere, the 60-bedroom, Grade II Listed Branksome Place hotel sits within 32 acres of landscaped grounds. The property is famous for its original design by Edward Cullinan and was subsequently extended, with a state of the art conference centre and auditorium, by Sir James Sterling.
