Further hotel disposals from Queens Moat Houses

Following the successful sale of 9 UK based hotel assets, Queens Moat Houses Limited has instructed specialist hotel agent Christie + Co to handle the sale of a further two substantial UK hotel assets.

The hotels are the 200-bedroom York Moat House and the 120-bedroom Cheltenham/Gloucester Moat House.

With a dominant setting, within the walls of the ancient City, the York Moat House overlooks The River Ouse. The hotel benefits from the large amounts of conference, business and leisure trade, which is attracted to the City.

The Cheltenham/Gloucester Moat House is conveniently located, just a few minutes from the M5. The hotel was purpose built just over 10 years ago and has been subsequently extended. This large freehold site offers further development opportunities.
