Acting on behalf of Rusts’ shareholders, Christie + Co has successfully negotiated the sale of the company’s entire share capital to Midcounties Co-operatives Limited. Rusts is a well known and established family business with a 30 year trading history. The company currently operates ten convenience stores across the south of England, providing around 200 jobs.
