Admiral Taverns
Christie + Co has been instructed by Admirial Taverns,the UK's third largest tenanted and leased pub company, to market 150 individual pubs, which are spread across England and Wales.
Scottish and Newcastle Pubs
Christie + Co has been instructed by Scottish & Newcastle Pub Company to offer 19 vacant pubs on free-of-tie leases. The leases will be fully repairing and insuring and for a minimum of 10 years. Spread throughout the UK, the group includes a wide variety of pubs from broad based community locals to village pubs and food houses on rents ranging from £11k to £41k per annum.
Punch Pubs
Christie + Co has been instructed by Punch Taverns, the UK’s largest pub company, to market more than 300 individual pubs from its turnaround division.
Blue Star
Acting on behalf of Scottish and Newcastle Enterprises Christie + Co are marketing 18 leasehold opportunities all of which are scheduled for major capital expenditure. Available on a traditional tie basis for properties are located throughout the United Kingdom from Truro in the South to Inverness in Scotland.
