Regent Inns has instructed us to market six leasehold opportunities including five of its Walkabout-branded sites, which are spread across the UK. The six sites, which are all large, well presented buildings, are the Walkabout’s in Shaftesbury Avenue, Putney, Newport and Grimsby, the Walkabout/Jongleurs in Edinburgh, and the Risa/Jongleurs in Cardiff.

Punch 49 Lettings
Christie + Co has been instructed by Punch Taverns, the UK's leading pub company, to market 49 of its managed houses as lease opportunities.
Trust Inns
Christie + Co has been instructed by Trust Inns, the North West-based operator of around 580 pubs, to market 15 of its sites. The pubs, which are predominantly spread across the North of England, comprise 11 freehold sites and 4 long-leasehold units. The sites range in price from £125,000 to £500,000, with some being chosen for continued use as pubs, while the other outlets are aimed at the alternative-use market.
Enterprise Inns
Christie + Co has been instructed by Enterprise Inns, the FTSE 100 pub group, has to market a portfolio of 82 pubs. The pubs, which are spread across England and Wales, are a mixture of freehold and leasehold sites. The majority of the package is aimed at the alternative use market.
Marston's new lease opportunities
Christie + Co has been instructed by Marston's to market 47 of its managed houses as new lease opportunities. The majority of the pubs are offered on 10 to 20 year tied assignable leases, whilst the rest will benefit from traditional tenancy agreements. The pubs are broadly spread across the UK.
Tattershall Castle Group
Christie + Co is currently marketing the remaining three of seven bar and late night venue opportunities on behalf of Tattershall Castle Group.
Equable Properties plc
Acting on the instructions of Equable Properties plc, Christie + Co has been instructed to sell the investment interest in ten public houses. The pubs have a broad geographical spread across England and Wales including: Cheshire, Lancashire, Tyne and Wear, Greater Manchester, Lincolnshire, Merseyside, Durham, Gloucestershire and Gwent.
Yesteryear Pub Company
Christie + Co has been instructed to market nine freehold and leasehold opportunities on behalf of Yesteryear Pub Company. Based in the Northwest of England the pubs offer the opportunity to operate town centre and suburban venues.
Herald Inns & Bars
Christie + Co is offering 10 public house lease opportunities, across the UK, on behalf of Herald Inns & Bars. Four are lease assignments and six are available on new 15-years lease terms with a limited tie.
