Portfolio of UK Limited Service Hotels
Acting on behalf of Starwood Capital’s Louvre Hotels, Christie + Co is marketing the company’s UK group of 18 hotels, which comprises 17 Campanile assets and one Première Classe-branded property.
These hotels, which are a mixture of freehold and long leasehold sites, are spread across the UK in key locations such as Cardiff, Glasgow, Birmingham, Liverpool, and Manchester. The 18-strong portfolio, which includes a Première Classe-branded hotel in Coventry, comprises 1,549 bedrooms in total. Available with the benefit of a management contract with Louvre Hotels under its Campanile brand, this is a rare opportunity to acquire a whole group of hotels in one transaction.

Southwold Pier

Christie + Co has been instructed to search for existing hotel operators who would benefit from leasing their hotels to Travelodge. In order to fuel its ambitious expansion plans, Travelodge is looking for going concern hotel businesses with 40 or more bedrooms.
Exclusive Hotel and Golf Resorts in Southern Spain
Christie + Co has been instructed to market two exclusive hotel and golf resorts in Southern Spain. Acting on behalf of the owners, Avanco and Herausa, we are marketing the Islantilla Golf Resort in Huelva and the Valle del Este Golf Resort in Almeria, which are offered to the market for the first time.
