The 254-bedroom hotel, which is managed by Kew Green Hotels, is located less than a mile away from the terminal building. Stansted is the UK’s third busiest airport handling more than 23 million passengers per annum.

Starman UK Services Company Limited has instructed Christie + Co to market the Le Méridien Nice hotel, with the benefit of a long-term management contract with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, under the Le Méridien brand. The luxury, purpose-built hotel occupies one of the Côte d’Azur’s most prestigious addresses at 1 Promenade des Anglais, with views over the famous Baie des Anges and the Mediterranean Sea.

Operators sought for upscale hotel developments in Manchester

Christie + Co has been instructed to identify operators for two new hotel opportunities in a mixed-use development scheme in Salford, Manchester. BSC Group is seeking upscale hotel operators for a 140-room property and a 90-room property, which will form part of the Canopus Greengate development that lies to the north-west of Manchester’s city centre.

The project, which already has planning permission, will include two stunning towers of 46 and 31 storeys, of which the former will become the second highest building in Manchester on completion in 2011.
