Internationally branded Hotel
Christie + Co. was commissioned by a construction company H&P Infra Ltd. to conduct a feasibility study for 150-room mid-market internationally branded hotel in Jousenpuisto, Espoo. The study was conducted as a part of a potential major re-development project to establish the area as one of the best locations for sports and events in Finland and large part of Scandinavia. Consecutively Christie + Co. is searching for an international hotel management operator to manage the potential hotel.
Conference & Spa
Christie + Co was commissioned by a development company BMZ-Invest Ltd. to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed 249-room upscale Conference & Spa hotel in Westend, Espoo. The hotel has a potential to form a well visible landmark of high quality construction and design, offering spacious accommodation, a wide range of food & beverage outlets, an extensive Spa with treatment rooms and leisure facilities in one of the of the most prestigious locations in Helsinki metropolitan area. Currently, Christie & Co is searching for an international experienced hotel operator, presenting upmarket brands.
Proposed Hotel
Christie + Co was commissioned by VR Pension Fund to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed limited-service hotel with 130 guest rooms and 20 studio apartments in Tampere (the third largest city in Finland). The proposed hotel will be oriented for both leisure and business segments, and to be potentially managed by an experienced international or national hotel operator.
Hotel in Jätkäsaari
Christie + Co was commissioned by one of the biggest Finnish construction companies SRV Group Plc to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed 200-room mid-market hotel in Jätkäsaari, just minutes away from the Helsinki city centre. The Proposed Hotel would provide an interesting operating opportunity in Helsinki by the seafront for a competent and experienced international hotel management company.
Levi Spirit Resort
Christie + Co was commissioned by a Finnish development company to search for an international operating company for an exclusive new luxury resort in Lapland. This resort is expected to feature 40-50 very large villas offering the ultimate standards of luxury and a 5-star hotel of approximately 100 rooms at the Levi fell. This resort is expected to become the most luxurious destination in Lapland.
Proposed Hyatt Regency hotel in Riga, Latvia
Christie + Co was instructed by SIA Tango Projekts to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed 165-room Hyatt Regency hotel in Riga. The study was used to secure finance for the mixed-use development as well as in negotiations with Hyatt to agree a management contract.
High quality hotel in Tallinn, Estonia
Christie + Co was commissioned by a large Baltic entertainment company to conduct a feasibility study to potentially reposition and redevelop an existing mid-market hotel in central Tallinn, Estonia. The feasibility study may also be used in negotiations to re-brand the hotel with an international brand.
Jurys Inn in Krakow, Poland
Christie + Co’s International Hotel Advisory Group was instructed by Jurys Inn to conduct an independent feasibility study for a proposed mid-market hotel in the historic city of Krakow, Poland.
Proposed hotel and spa in Punkaharju, Finland
L-House commissioned Christie + Co to conduct a feasibility study and provide development advice for a proposed upper quality hotel and spa in the scenic lake district of Punkaharju, Finland. The feasibility study may also be used during the operator search process.
