Experienced Hotel Consultants Required
Christie + Co's Corporate Hotels Advisory Group is seeking to recruit two experienced hotel consultants to be based at our Victoria Street office, in London.
The roles will involve conducting hotel consultancy assignments in the UK and Europe, developing client relationships and promoting Christie + Co’s Hotel Consultancy, Valuation and Hotel Agency service.
Candidates for both positions should be capable of preparing reports, proposals, presentations and other professional documents in excellent business English. One of the successful candidates should, additionally, be capable of preparing equally professional reports, proposals, presentations, etc. in excellent business Spanish.
Other key components of this job include fully diligent research and detailed financial analysis, including cash flow forecasts for existing and proposed hotels. It is likely that successful candidates will have completed a degree and/or masters degree qualification in hotel management, and that they will have professional, post graduate working experience in hotel operations and head office management.

Various locations throughout the UK
We have the largest national team of Chartered Surveyors and
Valuers dedicated to our specialist markets. We are interested in
Chartered Surveyors (MRICS or equivalent) to work within our
network of 16 UK offices and carry out a wide variety of work
ranging from loan security, portfolio and probate valuations to
rating, lease renewals and rent reviews.
For all these positions we offer an attractive and comprehensive
remuneration package made up of a generous basic salary plus
commission and a performance related bonus, together with a company
car.
